Purchased used from Community Fire Company in Mountainview for $125.
1927 Ahrens Fox
Purchased used to replace the Reo.
1925 American LaFrance
Purchased used to support the Ahrens Fox.
1951 Mack Pumper
Co. #5’s first new fire truck. Replaced the Ahrens Fox. Sold in 1966 to General Electric in Lynn, Massachusetts. Returned to Co. #5 in 2007 . Click here to learn more.
1954 Dodge Maxim
Although lighter and less expensive than the Mack, the Maxim was capable of putting a fire out on it’s own and was purchased to provide maximum fire protection for Packanack.
1960 American LaFrance Pumper

1971 Squad
Previously the First Aid Squad’s rescue truck. Donated to Co. #5 as a Squad Truck.
1974 Young Pumper
1000 gallon per minute pumper. The first Lime Yellow fire apparatus in North Jersey. To learn why our fire trucks are lime yellow, CLICK HERE. The Young became the second pumper and allowed the 1960 American LaFrance to be converted to a Squad Truck.
